Our Methods of Analysis
  • Chromatography

Chromatographic methods, like high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), are technologies with a long tradition in the field of contaminant analysis. Such methods are generally recognized as confirmatory or reference methods.

  • Liquid Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry

Over the past years great progress has been made in mass spectrometry coupled to HPLC (LC-MS/MS). No other technique in the field of instrumental analysis for mycotoxins, has developed so rapidly during the past decade.

  • Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

In the field of contaminant analysis, ELISA tests are well accepted screening tests which can be performed in an appropriate short time period. Our service laboratories employ our in-house developed AgraQuant® ELISA test kits.

AgraStrip
  • Lateral Flow Device (LFD)

LFD, often called test strips, are mainly used for on site testing, as they are easy to use and do not require complex instrumentation. Our service laboratories employ AgraStrip® LFDs, for example in GMO tests in seeds.
