AgraQuant® Mycotoxin ELISA Kits
The AgraQuant® system is 96 or 48 well-based microtitre plate ELISA test kit. This test system is performed using a direct competitive ELISA with a horseradish peroxidase conjugate as the competing, measurable entity. The AgraQuant® test kits give reliable quantitative results in fifteen to twenty minutes, and are comparable with results obtained from HPLC. Numerous AgraQuant® Test Kits have gained acceptance with regulatory bodies, such as AOAC Research Institute, USDA/GIPSA, Japanese Department of Agriculture and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Microtitre well ELISAs are suitable for the quantitative testing of a large number of samples at the same time or for multiple screening.
AgraQuant® kits are available for Total Aflatoxins, Deoxynivalenol, Total Fumonisins, Ochratoxin A, T-2 Toxin and Zearalenone. The quantitation range meets regulatory guideline limits. The kits can be used for the analysis of mycotoxins in grains, nuts, cereals and other commodities including animal feeds.

AgraQuant® Melamine ELISA Test Kit
The AgraQuant® Melamine Test Kit by Romer Labs® is a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It has been developed for the analysis of melamine in wheat gluten and pet food.
AgraQuant® Melamine Test Kit has quantitation ranges of 10-250ppm for wheat gluten, 2-50ppm for moist pet food, and 4-100ppm for dried pet food. Each kit comes complete with melamine standards, antibody-coated microwells, enzyme conjugate, substrate and stop solution, etc.
The AgraQuant® Melamine Kit is accurate; the results are comparable with published HPLC methods. The method is reproducible; consistent results have been obtained in intra- and inter-laboratory settings. The AgraQuant® Melamine Kit is very fast and can be run with 60 minutes total incubation time. Simple methanol/water sample extraction and no clean-up steps required make the test very easy to use. The 96 breakaway microwell format minimizes waste and maximizes value and makes the test very cost-effective.

AgraStrip® Mycotoxin Tests |

The AgraStrip® Mycotoxin Test Format is a one-step lateral flow immunochromatographic assay based on a competition immunoassay format. It is currently available for Total Aflatoxins and Deoxynivalenol.
AgraStrip® Aflatoxin Test Kit
The AgraStrip® Aflatoxin Test Kit qualitatively determines the presence of Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2, and can be performed in 5 minutes. A negative sample may be determined by the method in 1 minute as soon as two lines are visible on the strip. This method is one of the fastest methods available for a qualitative assay of total Aflatoxin.
This test kit intended for use for corn, DDGS, soybeans, cottonseed, peanuts, rice, almonds, pistachio and many other commodities. The AgraStrip® aflatoxin dipstick test kits are available in three cutoff levels: 4 ppb; 10 ppb and 20 ppb. Each kit comes complete with 24 strips, 24 conjugate wells and buffer solution.
The AgraStrip® Aflatoxin Test is recognized by the Japanese FDA and approved by the USDA/GIPSA.
AgraStrip® Quantitative DON Test Kit
The AgraStrip® DON Test Kit quantitatively determines the presence of Deoxynivalenol (Vomitoxin) in grain, and can be performed in only 4 minutes testing time. The quantitation range is between 0.5 ppm and 5 ppm DON with two dilution steps. Each kit contains 24 strips, conjugate, pipette tips and the antibodyparticle-complex diluent (conjugate).
The quantitative AgraStrip® DON Test Kit is designed for the use with the AgraStrip® XReader. This device is a sensitive, easy-to-use laboratory instrument which measures the reflection or optical densitiy of the test line on the AgraStrip®. The AgraStrip® XReader allows to read four strips simultaneously.
The AgraStrip® DON Test Kit is the fastest quantitative test for Deoxynivalenol (Vomitoxin) available.

AgraStrip® GMO Tests
|

The AgraStrip ® GMO tests are one step, lateral flow immunochromatographic assays which can be used to detect a variety of GMO traits in corn and other matrices. Sample extract is wicked onto a filter membrane, and then combines with antibody-color particle complex. Any GMO protein present in the sample binds to the antibody-color particle complex on the strip specific for testing that trait. The mixed complex is then wicked onto a membrane, which contains a test zone and a control zone for the GMO protein of interest. The test zone captures bound GMO protein, allowing color particles to concentrate and form a visible line. A positive sample containing the GMO protein of interest will result in a visual line in the test zone. Alternatively, a negative sample will result in no visual line in the test zone. The line will always be visible in the control zone regardless of the presence of the GMO protein of interest.

FluoroQuant® Chemical Kits
The FluoroQuant Afla Test Kit is rapid, quantitative fluorometric tests based on a solid phase clean up. It is USDA/GIPSA approved and AOAC Performance Tested. These tests provide a wide quantitation range without diluting.
The FluoroQuant® Afla Kit can be performed in 5 minutes with a detection limit of 5ppb and is applicable for corn, wheat, milo, popcorn, soybeans, corn-soy blends, raw peanuts, almonds, rice and cottonseed.
The FluoroQuant® Afla Kit can be used for testing single samples or multiple samples making it ideal for a grain receiving station or quality control laboratory. It is easy to use and the costs per test are low and include all accessories and materials necessary to run the test.

AflaCup™ Kit
The AflaCup™ Test Kit is a fast, easy to use, reliable qualitative test for aflatoxins. The test is performed as a solid phase direct competitive ELISA with cut off levels of 10ppb or 20ppb. Higher cut off levels can be adjusted by dilution. Testing can be completed in 5 minutes. Results are easily interpreted visually by a distinct color change at the cut off level. AccuTox® Kit
The AccuTox® DON Test Kit is a rapid and versatile test for deoxynivalenol. It is based on a competitive immunoassay (ELISA) using antibody-coated tubes. The AccuTox® utilizes inexpensive equipment and gives quantitative results, with a detection limit of 0.5 ppm.
This test kit is USDA/GIPSA approved and can be used for wheat, wheat flour, barley, malted barley, oats and corn.
