The AgraQuant® Gluten G12® is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) designed for the quantitative analysis of gluten in a variety of foods. Samples can vary from raw to processed foods, from environmental swabs to rinse water. The G12® antibody targets a 33-mer peptide which is resistant to enzymatic digestion and heat denatiuration, and is the fragment of the gliadin protein to which celiac disease sufferers react, making it a reliable analytical marker. This product is intended for laboratory use.

- 96 antibody-coated microwells (12 eight-well strips) in a microwell holder sealed in a foil pouch
- 5 ready-to-use standards (0; 4; 20; 80 and 200 ppm)
- 1 bottle of ready-to-use extraction solution
- 1 bottle of concentrated (5X) diluent buffer
- 1 bottle of concentrated (10X) wash buffer
- 1 green-capped bottle of conjugate solution
- 1 blue-capped bottle of substrate solution
- 1 red-capped bottle of stop solution
- 1 sachet of 10 g fish gelatin
