Description & Properties
LGC Allergen kit - Milk, Egg, Almond, Hazelnut and Walnut is composed by a chocolate dessert matrix fortified with allergens at a level of 10 ppm and a corresponding chocolate dessert blank matrix. The kit also includes the individual allergenic ingredients. These reference materials can be used on method development and validation, also to produce quality controls or in the production of fortified and incurred samples. A certificate is provided stating uncertainty and traceability to SI. This reference material can be used with our AgraQuant® Allergen ELISA test kits.
